We will add/remove or change mods upon your request during purchase. However, should you need to change the mods yourself in the future, you will need to unlock them yourself by scrapping the non-legendary version of the weapon, and that will require you to be able to craft the weapon. You can buy the flamer mod at certain train stations.
There is no plan to craft this weapon. You will need to find the regular one in the game scrap and learn the available mods. It takes just 2-4 chainsaws to learn the dual bar mod.
